The page may have been merged with a pre-existing page.

The page may have been deleted because it was largely ignored by visitors to the website, or was time consuming to maintain.

For example, the "Calendar" information has been incorporated into either the "Club Activities" page, or the " Related Events" page. The "About" and "Directors" pages were deleted as they were among those pages that were seldom, sometimes never, visited in any given month.
